QSL Manager
QSL Manager
I am the QSL manager for the Florida QSO Party for the years 2015 and 2016. As a service to a departed friend of mine I am also handling QSL card duties for K4RRF (sk). No SASE required for K4RRF cards, information below on the Florida QSO Party “Spelling Bee” QSL cards.

N4S – N4OX/ESC
K4U – NF4A/BAY

Paper QSL information:
Floyd Larck, KK3Q
PO Box 219
Bushnell FL
US Stations: SASE for paper QSL (be sure the SASE is big enough to hold the QSL cards you are requesting and it has enough postage on it. If you did a full sweep and worked all nine stations and are requesting nine QSL cards a regular envelope will not hold them all)
DX: Buro QSL okay via KK3Q
NO LoTW or eQSL
I am the QSL Manager for the 2015 Florida QSO Party’s “Spelling Bee”
Note: The Florida QSO Party was 25 APR and 26 APR. I am getting QSL cards for dates other than 25/26 April. That just wastes your envelopes and postage.
An SASE will surely expedite the Spelling Bee QSL process, stopping the QSL printing to load envelopes slows things tremendously.
When sending SASE it would be better to use #10 envelopes, the smaller ones can barely contain all six of the QSL cards.
QSL Manager’s Creed
I agree to save and preserve all DX and DXpedition logs in my possession.
I agree to NEVER close a log.
If I am unable to fulfill my duties as a QSL manager I shall transfer such duties to a responsible person willing to take on the responsibility, OR contact the QSL Manager’s Society for a referral.
I shall answer ALL direct QSL requests as long as sufficient funds for return postage are provided. Any QSLs sent without adequate funds for return postage shall be answered via the bureau.
I shall accept, and answer ALL QSL requests sent via the bureau by answering them via the bureau.
I will answer SWL cards.
I agree to ONLY provide QSL cards for QSO’s that are “in the log”.
I agree to return any QSL cards where QSO’s were not in the log, and include an appropriate note.
I will require full matching log data for any logs that are online.
I agree to be accessible via email if at all possible.
In the event of an untimely postage increase, I agree to make up the difference on any delayed outgoing mail.
I shall keep separate, all IRC’s and money received with the cards. I will use this kitty to pay for my QSL manager expenses such as stamps, QSL cards, and all bureau expenses. I understand that I may have to contribute my own personal funds to this kitty from time to time. (Exception: there could be special arrangements made with DXpeditions for handling money/contributions)
I will never “close” a log.
In the event that Electronic QSLing becomes a reality, I agree to ALWAYS provide a “physical” QSL card if one is requested.
I agree to be fair at all times.
I agree to the following statement:
“Donations are NEVER required, but ALWAYS appreciated.”
